  • Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes and an open mind. We provide yoga mats, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

  • Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and holding poses for extended periods. It aims to target the deeper connective tissue to improve flexibility and promote relaxation.

  • We are on the Main Street in the middle of Pembroke, at No. 87. You can find a map on our Contact page.

  • We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, set up your mat, and get into the right headspace for your practice.

  • There is limited parking on the Main Street, with up to 60 minutes stay. You can also park for longer periods at The Commons or South Quay (both approx 7 minutes walk from No. 87).

  • Yes, definitely. Our classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people to offer a more personalised experience.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Classes are non refundable if cancelled within 12 hours of the start time.
